Flame photometric detector (FPD) is a detector with high sensitivity and selectivity for sulfur compounds. The sample is separated by a dedicated chromatographic column and enters the FPD. The FPD converts the optical signal into an electrical signal, which is then amplified and converted into an MV level electrical signal. The electrical signal is then converted into a digital signal by an AD circuit and processed online by an N3000 workstation to accurately analyze trace amounts of sulfur. The GC-8000 trace sulfur analyzer is particularly suitable for quantitative and qualitative analysis of sulfides in samples such as natural gas, water gas, semi water gas, coke oven gas, and petroleum processing by-products. In domestic refined benzene projects, the determination of trace thiophene has been widely used.
Main features of GC-8000 trace sulfur analyzer
☆ Unique flame photometric detector structure, easy to operate, fast stability time, using a special flame structure to eliminate the interference of hydrocarbon compounds, greatly improving selectivity;
In the collection of optical signals, focusing is used to significantly increase the captured signals and increase sensitivity by multiples;
☆ Using high-quality materials and exquisite processing techniques, the sealing performance is very good. In practical operation, the ability to resist external interference is greatly improved, and the stability is good;
At the bottom of the detector, a heating function is used to effectively remove condensed water, greatly improving analysis accuracy;
The whole machine has good stability, easy operation, and is easy to master.
